Jeff and I went last night. You were right about the sushi, it was amazing - great flavors and combinations of flavors. For the record, Jeff does eat sushi despite his abhorrence of all things seafood.

We then ordered two appetizers each. The pork dumplings were tasty, but
not amazing - just tasted like any old dumpling. I had the Crawfish which was amazing and Jeff had some sort of tiny sandwhiches. I had some plum wine followed by a raspberry martini.

The deserts were impressive as well. Overall, the service was quick, responsive, yet quiet, but not too snooty. We both liked that they were playing Stevie Ray Vaughan and Wilson Pickett on the sound system - it diluted the presumed snobbery. I liked the sound and look of most of their other selections though they are pricey. I'm sure we'll go back on a Tuesday or Wednesday night again.

Sounds like I'll be trying their sushi but avoiding their mayo and proscuitto nitemare. It seems like such an extravagance for such a humble part of the neighborhood.
