The food was pretty good. Chris got the beef fajitas – which had a deliciosu smoky flavor and was very filling. The chicken dish that I got was wonderul and I can’t recall what Jeff ate, but it was tasty too. My main complaint was the size of the salsa that accompanied the complimentary chips. My moto with a this type of restaurant is that if the salsa is bad the food usually is too. Fortunately, this salsa was really good, but there was hardly any on the table for tasting.

I went for dinner once – had the manchego and chorizo stuffed pork chop – and it was incredible. But this is definitely nouveau-Southwestern, not traditional. The server won’t ask you about red or green, but that doesn’t necessarily mean suck….
