About a month later Jeff and I returned to Indigo to meet with his friend, Erin for brunch. I ordered the Cobb Salad. Roughage never looked (or tasted) this good. The service was friendly, but a tad leisurely. This was puzzling since we were the first at the restaurant. I would definitely consider going again. You can’t beat that brunch special.
